No refunds or credits will be provided for unused subscription periods.

All audio files and content you import, create, or edit using The Ringtone Cutter App remain your property.
We do not claim any ownership or rights over your local files. You retain full copyright and control over your content.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the legal right to use, edit, and share any files you process with the app.
The app does not upload, store, or share your local files with us or any third party.

You agree to use The Ringtone Cutter App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You may not use the app to infringe on the rights of others or to create, share, or distribute illegal content.

Some features use AI to generate ringtones or audio. You are responsible for how you use and share AI-generated content.
We do not guarantee the originality or copyright status of AI-generated audio. Please review and use responsibly.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the app or your content.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the revised terms.
